In general, from results you guys seen, what should be its effect on the hairline? Does it help it or just the mid section/crown

I would mention dutasteride has some more dangers in terms of sides. If your comfortable with that I would just simply say finasteride inhibits 5 ar 2 by 70 percent or so while dutasteride inhibits it nearly 100 percent. If anything dutasteride should always work better than finasteride. finasteride works everywhere even the front its been proven through large studies. dutasteride should too if you respond.
dutasteride is basically the best thing that exists hands down, but it carries the most serious sides some of which may be unknown still.
