We all know about Nizoral but in some people it makes it worse. Of course if you're dousing your scalp in pg/ethanol minoxidil RU youre gonna have scalp is going to need to some TLC. If you're like me who has a sensitive scalp what products do you guys recommend?

I use Regenepure DR to fight inflammation. It has water and aloe vera gel as its two main base ingredients, along with it containing 1% Ketoconazole. The aloe vera gel and Ketoconazole in Regenepure DR really help to keep inflammation down since those two ingredients have anti-inflammatory properties. I recommend Regenepure DR, it's a gentle shampoo. I have a super sensitive scalp and I haven't had any problems using this product. I use it daily and I'm happy with it.

One of the main reasons why Nizoral can make it worse in some people is because one of the inactive ingredients in that shampoo is sodium laureth sulfate, and that itself is an inflammatory compound. Nizoral also doesn't have anything in it to counteract the drying effects of Ketoconazole.

I know im thinking of cutting back on Nizoral maybe use once a week, im not sure how effective ketoconazole is for hair loss, I think its overrated. I have used Regenepure DR before but I think its too expensive for a shampoo, how can they charge that much?? plus I hate how it doesn't lather properly without SLS.

I was thinking how effective is aloe vera gel for inflammation?
