Just taken a picture of my hair when wet under direct light for the first time and it looks abysmal . (Also looks abit red)
Am I balding !? I think I know the answer

Could that cause me to lose hair? If so could I get that back?I would say yes, maybe sclap inflamation.
Go to a derm
You don’t think what? That I can grow it back??I don't think so
Thanks a lot but my hair is brown, not blonde. Are you looking at the right pictures ? Haha. You're white and your hair is blonde. I'm sure that there's slight thinning on top but it is amplified because you've wet hair as well as the flash mode on. Your blonde hair bounces off a lot of light which is similar in color to your scalp. Look at your wet pic,you can see "thinning" way north of your crown but if you take a close look, you can see that there's a lot of hair over there. It's your blonde color hair thag bounces the flash, making it look like you're showing a lot of scalp IMO.
Lol,stupid me. I meant to say that when it's taken with a flash,it seems blonde and that's why it resembles the color of your scalp somewhat. Yeah you've brown hair,I feel like a retard nowThanks a lot but my hair is brown, not blonde. Are you looking at the right pictures ? Haha.
Anyway I hope you’re right. I’m going to have a chat with my GP to see if I can see a derm.
, probably I just haven’t really looked into itDon't you have a private derm in your country?? The one whom you could visit any time you want without any recommendations ?
Major diffusionThanks a lot but my hair is brown, not blonde. Are you looking at the right pictures ? Haha.

Your hair looks incredible on the dry pic, zero hair loss. It doesn’t looks great when wet but then most don’t. Could you take a better pic of your crown dry. I think you don’t have much to worry about though
Major ? :SMajor diffusion
Classic pattern
Thank you. Time to bite the bullet and get on finasteride! If you want my opinion you are thinning in the crown area.
You still have nice silky hair though and girls will still like it for another few years at least.
Make the most of it, son.
Definitely get on finasteride. I also think dermarolling the area to increase bloodflow would help. Do you happen to have any flaking or itching? It looks a little inflamed, like mild seborrheic dermatitis.Thank you. Time to bite the bullet and get on finasteride!
