Basically explained to him the irritation I was feeling on my head. He diagnosed that to be dermatitis or whatever you call it. He said, however, that it's not tied to hair loss.

He also mentioned that I was losing my hair as well. Lo and behold I got a prescription for Propecia. He told me there's really nothing else on the market that's as effective is finasteride--not even rogaine.

These are his opinions. But I've got a prescription on my desk, and I'm still thinking of doing it, but I haven't made the decision yet.

Anyway, just thought I'd share that with everyone.
