WEIRD SIDES help please. Last attempt

Hello all,

So I am 19 y/o VERY agressive male pattern baldness. My hairline is a solid NW2, but the heavy damage is the rest of my head. I am thinning in nw6 pattern, especially in my crown/vertex. I am at the point where anyone can see my scalp from a few feet away. My father was nw6 at age 23 and I am on the same path.

So this leads me to finasteride which I started 3 weeks ago. Also started nizoral today (I wanted to start a year ago, but the Doctor told me I am not developed enough).I am getting very weird sides.
-very slight gyno, right breast
-acne, breaking out like crazy
-Weirdest of all, a TON of wet dreams. Seriously, a ridiculous amount. I used to have wet dreams once a year, now I am having them every 2-3 days. Not only that, but my ejaculation increased like crazy.
-Heavy heavy shed. Hairs are falling out everywhere, just more added stress...

So my questions are this. One, has anyone experienced similar sides?
and 2, more importantly, will finasteride even have an effect on me? Given my extremely aggressive male pattern baldness, should I get off finasteride and jump straight into dutasteride? I cannot afford to wait a full year on finasteride to see if its working, at this rate, there will be barely any hair left.

usually when its that aggressive finasteride wont stop it and I dont think dutasteride is that much better either. I think what you need is like Topical spironolactone, but not the one they sell at this site. You should buy the tablets and make your own solution with ethanol and propelene glycol. Use that and finasteride and see how it goes.

Im 17 and I started dutasteride right around when I turned 17 and was on propecia for 6 months prior and neither of them managed to stop my hairloss and I keep seeing minauturization. Luckily for you, you live in the US and all sites ship there like alldaychemist so you have all the available drugs to stop your hairloss. Just matters how far you are willing to go. I really recommend the spironolactone solution.

If your getting gyno try 0.5 finasteride per day - why no minoxidil ?

Thanks for the reply. Can you give me more info on the spironolactone solution? I am willing to try whatever it takes. Also, I live in Canada, not sure why location says USA.

Been on minoxidil since 17 (only crown region). Not sure if its done anything though, but at this point i'm too afraid to stop. I started 3 weeks ago to apply mino on the temples, for now, all I notice is very heavy shed. My temples are receding extremely fast.
