I've been meaning to post this thread for a while:
Whilst on I was on Propecia, my hair became straight and brown and my skin pale white. This is how my hair and skin looked as a young boy before I started puberty.
As a man I have curly blackish-brownish hair and a light-olive complexion. Since stoping propecia my hair has once againg become curly and people keep asking me if I've been using a sun bed! My dads side is a lot darker than my moms and as a boy people used to say that I looked more like my moms family, now they say that I look more like my dads side - due to changes in facial bone structureduring puberty etc.
Has anybody else experienced similar unexpected (frankly weird) changes?
Do you think its possible that out hormones can control the expression of genes inherited by different parents? i.e DHT causes activation the expression of Genes coded on the 'Y' Chromosome?
