What do you think about 250mg test a week?
It's fine but quite frankly not worth it.
Learn to accept that diet and consistency along with genetics are the most important factors when building muscle. I started to realise this when I came down from 500mg to 200m and was still growing. All I changed my was diet and focussed on eating better selections of food while tweaking my exercise choices and approach. The verdict being that I still grew, in fact become bigger on small doses based on changing my relation and methods. It had nothing to so with the drugs because I was still getting stronger despite literally being on TRT doses, Which are not that far from off of someone with naturally high testosterone.
It's not worth it, and this is something I am realising after being on for awhile. I am still making great gains despite people spouting out ridiculous drug recommendation.
Truth is, It's all work ethic, diet and genetics.
Been weightlifting for eight years. I know what I am talking about, coming from a 120lb weakling to someone who's over 180 nowadays with lean mass. Someone who went from having 10 half inch arms to close to the 18 inches. No body has better grounds to discuss genetics then I do, having had the worst hand given ever.
Do yourself a favour and disregard everything you heard. Learn to eat and train, because simple adjustments in your diet alone will bring massive changes and improvment.
I have been slowly coming off within the last year, and this is all documented progress that made me realise the drugs are not needed in huge dosages. At the moment I am at around 200mg, and plan to stay on 150mg after a few months. This will leave me at a high natural teaosterone level. Eventually I will come off completely.
Building a physique doesn't happen over night, and if you think steroids are a quick fix then you are in for a huge wake up call. But then again you have rookies that will point out and say how amazing there progress was, when those bullshit gains could easily be done without. First few years of training will completely change your physique and make you look impressive if you work at it hard enough.
If you do choose to cycle then I suggest taking 300-400mg of gear for a year straight then taper off. Don't need pct, Which again is bullshit propagated by morons who know nothing about what they speak of.
