Weird particles on the hair

so on most of the hairs which fall (and it's quite a lot ) there's white or skin color particles, not only on the root but on the middle of the hair as well. What are these particles?
I added a picture, because of the quality only large particles are seen, but there are alot more.

Does it have something to do with the excessive hair loss which I'm experiencing?

uh ..that's called dandruff.

hmm I've been using anti dandruff shampoo and it doesn't look like dandruff. what else might it be?
