Weird Burning Feeling On Scalp Should I Be Worried

Hi sorry if this is an odd question but i would like to ask if i should be worried about a burning feeling on the bald spots that i have ut also hurts alot when i touch the areas where my hair has fallen out so i wanted to ask if this is normal or if i should see a doctor about this (dermatologists are rare in my country). I also have a lot of dandruf and it itches like crazy.

If it's on a bald spot I don't know. But generally i think it's because of dry skin or something like that.
