i am currently taking 1.25 mg fina every day , 0.5 mg duta every 5 days and minoxidil twice a day
But the lump is here so i have two option, trying a SERM or surgery
I would like to try raloxifen to " discharge the oestrogen receptor

Is this true though? From what I gather from the discussion that have taken place on here in the past, Oestrogen is weird in that its effects on hair are possibly different in men and women. SERM's Tamox./Ralox. blocks the action of Oestrogen from binding to receptors in the breast tissue, there by increasing serum/free Oestrogen, which is possibly why it may cause some hair loss in women. Now unless the SERM's are also binding to Oestrogen receptors relating to hair in the scalp (I haven't seen any literature that says that it would/might though) there surely shouldn't be a problem.

You have a third option: quit the anti-androgens.
