Hi guys, hope everything is going well. I have been reading a lot on this guys website, sounds very interesting. It's about scalp massages and the like. It shoudl stimulate blood to the hairs and allow for regrowth... If anyone has any experiences and how these excercise should be performed precisely, i would greatly appreciate it.

Am I the only one that finds it quite rude to post a link on a hair loss website with forums to someone else's hair loss website with forums....sorry I'm getting rid of the link.

:) Well it is a little weird that he comes here to ask how to do it, when that site has a whole forum full of people to ask.

...

oh man i didnt expect this, please accept my apologies if i broke any rules. Yea remove the link, i just wanted to see if anyone here has actually tried and sort of scalp massages, that guy's being an example... I've grown accustomed to the really informed posts and the people behind them, and i just wanted to have a second opinion as to how this is performed and if it really works. He doesnt tell you everything about it, cus you have to buy it, so i wanted to see if anyone heard of it, it sounds logical to me but we all know practice is different than theory. Anyway thanks for the help.

I rub my scalp vigorously every day, once in the showere when I wash my hair, two after I dray it, because I have curlly hair and rubbing my scalp "fluffs" it up and it looks better. I've done that for years, and I've been losing my hair for years.

Rubbing your scalp can help combat hairloss, and you need to buy a book to learn how to do it? -- see my first post in this thread.
