Weaker ejaculation = higher risk of getting an infection?

What do you think of this?
While on finasteride, you can't produce much prostate fluid, because these cells die. This lessens the flow of the fluid which is supposed to keep the bacteria away. Also the ejaculations become weaker. Frequent ejaculation is recommended for men with prostatitis, because it has been proved to improve the symptoms (probably because it clears the ducts from microbes). But if the ejaculation is weak, it doesn't help much.
Urotract infectious are also kicked out with the flow (of urine). I think these systems are similar.

How many of you have prostatitis?

Potentially, yes this could be an explanation. However, there is still little to no evidence that finasteride causes prostatitis to a significant degree, and i'm finding out that most people who end up with this condition either diagnosed themselves, or have non-bacterial inflammation.

It's non-bacterial just because the bacteria isn't common. It doesn't rule out an unbalance in the microflora and rare species. What has been proven, though, is that there are more different species in the semen of the prostatitis patient than healthyones. The actual microbe count is same. It most probably still is infectious -- we just don't know the exact organism.
