A "tricologist" once told me that if you use finasteride or dutasteride and it is working for you, you are less likely to shed when starting minoxidil?
Does this make any sense? I've been on finasteride for years and don't recall shedding, at least not that I noticed at the time if I did. If there were ways to reduce the amount shedding when using minoxidil that would be nice but I can't get any clarity on this.
