Washing hair

Does not washing your hair increase the fall out or does keeping it washed everyday help the problem?

it makes no difference. But washing it with a gentle shampoo might help the hair's quality

- Use ultra cheap shampoo
- Roughly dry your hair with a towel
- Roughly comb your hair

I use Pantene shampoo and conditioner, I pat my hair dry and use wide tooth combs.

Could anyone suggest a shampoo I should be using over Pantene?

well there are various hair-stimulating shampoos which you'll see people talk about on this board eg. Revita. But if you just want a normal shampoo don't buy the cheapest in the shop, and try to go for ones that say 'gentle' or 'mild'

also you should think about using Nizoral/Nizorelle for hairloss

Try using baby shampoo, that stuff is the sh*t
