want to start trimcomin...should i use spary of shampoo....

ive been on the big 3 for a year and half good results want to start trimcomin for more growth. I see you can get either the spray or the shampoo and conditioner. it sells also at a 3 pack, but i want to save on money. is it best to just use the spray...or do i have to use all three??

So I Tricomin Spray like Minoxidil or Propecia ?? ..... stop using it and you loose whatever you gained ?
