Want To Start Taking Finasteride. Scared Of Horror Stories.

I'm 22 and am WAY further down the Norwood scale than most my age. It's pretty embarrassing to admit I'm probably a NW3-NW4A with how thin I am in the front. I've done nothing about my hair loss to this point and have just been getting really short haircuts as often as possible. I know. I should've done something about it earlier but I didn't.

I want to start taking finasteride and hope to get to a doctor ASAP. The sides scare me and reading just the first page of this board is giving me second thoughts. I really can't afford to shed anymore up top without getting it back. Also, the crazy stuff that happens to your dick and your nipples has me spooked. Also this forum is filled with people taking it and having no results after a year+.

Is it REALLY worth it to take it? I understand the alternative is to just keep balding, but is it likely to thicken the hairs I have? or just keep me where I am? Also will all of the sides go away once I stop taking it?

You should be looking to the clinical studies rather than a forum full of a fringe minority and hypochondriacs

You're asking all these questions that are only going to be answered by you taking it. And you have the luxury of asking them now, but if you don't get on it soon you are going to be bald as f*** and it will be a moot point then. I take it and I can't tell if it's working yet or not, but it certainly hasn't given me sides.

Just take it, it's not a big deal.

it could help or not no one knows who's the best candidate for finasteride
my advice to anyone afride and having a second thoughts about finasteride before actually taking it is don't take it cuz u will only gona report sides from brain fog to penis shrinking and u will be reporting these sides probably after a couple of pills
