Want To Ask

I haven't been able to go to the gym for the last 2 weeks, due to my shed. But last night, I was able to force myself to go. There are two guys there who were clearly balding. I say "were" because now their crowns are now filled in nicely!! I want to approach them about their regimin/ask whether they had transplants. But I know it would be embaraassing for the both of us.

I am almost positive one of them had a hair transplant. He used to wear a banadannd or baseball cap everyday at the gym... About a month ago, he started to go "bare." I noticed his thinning then. Last night, I saw him, and his crown and front was filled in nicely. Volume in the back looked nice, too, so I'm not sure.

God, i am dying to ask. I want to know what they did! Is it acceptable to ask?

I think rather than just asking outright you need to somehow approach it in a different way. Give them the ball.. Ask them do they know of any drugs that you can take for hairloss. Then they may come clean in what has happened to them, that's if anything has happened to them....

Not bad. That seems like one way to go. I just don't want to make thing weird or awkward. God knows things are humiliating enough as they already are.

It all comes down to how confident you are and how you ask the question. For instance you could be standing doing some weights in the mirror and the other guy is standing there, then just make a joke about your hair. " F**ck, I hate my hair, does it bother you guys as much as it does me" see what they say.....

If you wake up in a cumpled heap in the car park then you know you should never ask suck questions to guys who are gutted about losing there hair. Good luck

I don't think so. There were only sparse hairs on top of a very shiny scalp.

The fact is, I am preparing for the worst. If he knows of a good hair transplant surgeon, I want his name. This is why I want to ask these guys, really.
