Hey Bros

I would love to hear from you guys about healthy hair lifestyle, like when you finish the shower rub your hair with a towel softly and not hard, shampoo your hair with SLS free shampoo, etc

I know that those acts wouldn't gonna fix hair loss but if it could improve the hair health so why not?

Thanks.

I’ll give you a run down. I’m under 18 so I can’t use finasteride so I compensate.

2x a week I message and leave in castor and lavender oil in my scalp and leave in overnight
2x a week I shampoo my hair with a parabalan free shampoo infused with biotin
7x a week I take 1/2 a tea spoon of castor oil and take a biotin pill and a fish oil pill for omega 3 fatty acids.
7x a week I do a quick 1 minute massage with 99% pure aloe Vera gel in my hair as sort of a leave in conditioner and it makes my hair feel thicker and gives my scalp plenty of beneficial vitamins
7 x a week (before I go to bed) I use a .25 mm derma roller to derma stamp my temples and rub a few drops of castor and lavender oil in and leave it overnight

Unless I do the castor oil message which is 2x a week, my routine usually takes only 5 minutes each night

Wow that's a lot. Thanks for sharing. Have you noticed any difference in shedding or anything since you started your regemin?

That's mental that you are under 18 and do all that...fair play if it makes a difference at your age.

I've a couple suggestions:

-Use hair products specifically designed for hair loss. These'll have some helpful oils and sometimes very weak 5AR inhibitors. There are many on the market. I personally use Regenepure, but there are other good brands too. Don't count on these to stop or reverse your hair loss though.

-Take supplements that specifically deal with hair health. I'd recommend Biotin, MSM, Collagen peptides, Vitamin C, and a whole lot of others. There are many more, but those are just some. Just do a google search. Don't need to be excessive, though.

-Shampoo your hair only a couple times a week. Being too excessive can damage and irritate the scalp skin.

-Do not apply any heat to your hair, ever. You'll cause it to become dried and damaged. This includes hot showers as well as blow driers.

-Stop eating processed junk. Reduce or completely eliminate grains from your diet. You should absolutely not eat wheat. Limit your dairy consumption. Eat a ton of non-starchy vegetables.

-Reduce your daily stress levels.

-Medidate; minimum 5 minutes a day. Work up to 30 mins to an hour.

Just remember, none of these, even combined, are a substitute for the Big 3. These should all be done to complement it.

Bruh if you’re losing hair, no amount of voodoo black magic bullshit is going to magically make your hair want to stick to your head. Sure you can make your remaining hair appear healthier, but it’s a matter of keeping them shits on your head. If your scalp wants to get rid of your beautifully crafted, SLS free, lavender oil doused hair; you’ve got no chance. Antiandrogens are your only option.

You’re decorating a sinking boat when you try to make your hair “healthier” without the use of antiandrogen, or something that can actually prevent hair loss.

I dont have another choice - im Norwood 1-1.5 , so I have enough time to at least keep my hair healthier and try to slow the hair loss with natural ways.
I know that it kind of "losing battle" but the risk of finastride are too high for me and im sure that it will give me a sexual sides , why? cuz even if physically it wont do anything to me I will think about it and would experience mental sexual problems.
so my plan for now is it :

First try to slow the hair loss as much as I can and my hair line will receded to muxh until situation of Norwood 2. I will gonna apply minoxidil and nizoral , after that if i will shed a lot Im gonna add SMP / Hair System for few years.
after all that things 10-15 years will pass from now and im believe that in those years at there gonna be a better solution to male pattern baldness then the big 3 .

but maybe im too optimistic , who know :)

Well like I said it’s essentially two pills and a bit of oral castor oil each night so it really doesn’t take long. Worst case scenario it’s like 15 mins and that’s only twice a week.

I'll give you some tips:

1. Never wear a hat
2. Don't use hairspray, gel or shampoos because they accelerate your hair loss
3. When it's sunny outside stay home. Exposure to sun causes baldness
4. Don't masturbate or have sex with women. Sexually active men go bald much quicker

If you follow all my tips you will keep your luscious hair and grow some more.

A moment of seriousness, about tip number 3 - if I under the sun without a hat or something, it can really damage my hair?

There is no such thing as “healthy” when you’re balding. Everything turns into a chore and lose taste, because now everything revolves around preventing the inevitable.
