Walkers No Shine Problem At Hairdirect Fixed?

I wanted to buy some of this tape from Hairdirect, but the reviews on their site from people say that something or other is the wrong way around on the tape, making use of the tape a massive pain. Has anyone bought this from them recently?

I am thinking that their VIDEO is wrong, as Hair Direct does not manufacture the tape. Walker is in Utah, HD in Pennsylvania.

I ignored the video, which just has some woman cutting the tape, and playing with it with her fingers. You use the exposed side for the lace, and peel and stick the other side to your head.

Boom!

I used the tape, no problem.
