Walker tape ultra hold adhesive. I need an alternative.

I have used this on my hybrid lace/poly system to tack down edges but its messy as hell. Does any one have any suggestions as an alternative??

If by messy, you mean thick and stringy.....dilute 25-50% with 99% alcohol..
