Wait Till It’s Gone Or Play Keep-up?

Hey everyone

The hairline is finally starting to go and I’m tryna put together a game plan when it comes to transplants.

I have some questions for those who might know: should I wait for it to go completely, then have it redone? Or fill in the spots as they appear? Are surgeons generally willing to do that?

I’m diffusing from a NW0 into a NW7 and my long term plan is to get a transplant for the hairline and wear a piece in the back. I’d like the transition to be as unnoticeable as possible but don’t see any way around flaunting my weak hairline during that in-between phase. Insight would be appreciated.

Cheers
Steve

Are you at an age where you're considered a good candidate?
My opinion is always play to keep. Get yourself on the big 3 for at least 6-12 months, stabilise the hairloss, then you'll have a better idea what the long term plan is with the right ethical surgeon who will offer you the right number of grafts, with consideration of donor quality etc.
