i've just started on Xandrox 15+ (at night) and 6% minoxidil plus finasteride (morning). About 5-10 minutes after i apply either hair signals or emu oil (at night), and a topical spray (similar to tricomin) in the morning.

My vitamin (various) supplements can be seen in the "regimen" part in my user details.

I REALLY WANT TO STRENGTHEN MY HAIRLINE!!!

Is Spironolactone Cream a must for my hairline????

If so, do you apply it with any type of minoxidil??? (how long after applying one do you apply the other?)

Has anyone had good results with Spironolactone?

To be fair all that additional stuff in your regimen is a bit excessive, personally I just stick to one multivitamin tab, omega fish oils and a cup of loose green tea daily.

If your trying to combine all that other stuff with a topical hair regimen, it must be a nightmare!

Still. it's great that you've stuck with Finasteride and 5% Minoxidil for a good 3 years, so many people try to dive straight into Xandrox15% after like 6months & then wonder why they're suffering from sides.

Now is a good time for you to move on to Xandrox 15%+. If you combine that with Topical spironolactone/Revivogen, and Copper Peptides (Tricomin, Folligen etc.) then you should see some more progress on your hairline.

One famous guy on this forum, Kiel, maintains that he went from almost a NW3 to a perfect hairline using Xandrox15%+, topical spironolactone, and oral finasteride. If you get a spare few hours, take a look at this thread and you can read his story, good luck man!

The more i learn about this sh!t the more i understand the myths and misconceptions. I appreciate the replies, really i do. posting.php?mode=reply&f=61&t=61290#

With regard to the amount of supplements i take, yeah, possibly exessive. but for about 6-8 months that i was totally off finasteride and minoxidil, and dosing on these supplements plus a few different "natural" topicals, i felt i had decent and fair results in that, overall, the hair on my head improved.

i keep my hair very short, rather, shaved (usually no more than 1/2 centimetre long).

the only parts not to improve (much/at all) was the hairline/vertex/temples which is why i went back to finasteride and minoxidil.

i haven't had any noticeable results in the last 3(ish) months so i've decided to amp it up a little with the 15+ and incorporating the hair-signals and emu oil.

at the end of the day, i feel that the supplements have had some positive affect and will continue with my regimen until i am either satisfied with my mop, or meet the woman of my dreams and start popin out kids!

the aim is to cut down on the supplements by early next year anyway...

I would just finish using up those vitamins and suppliments you have and cut back to multivitamin, fish oils, and maybe some more vitamin C or calcium.

As a man, you really don't need to be taking lots of iron or anything. Some of that stuff is not good for you in the long run, you don't need much of it and the multivitamin will have most of what you need.

So, to combat this receeding hairline problem. Spironolactone, would it be the way to go? (as well as my current topical regimen)
