Vitimins - Which to Use?

I'm looking to change my vitamin regimen to a more "hair friendly" formula - more biotin, zinc, gingko, etc....

A tour around the GNC site has me thinking about 3 formula options - the Mega Men, NourisHair and the Arginmax formulas.

Any thoughts or recommendations on these or any other brands?
