Very Weird Diffuse Hair Loss.. Help!!

Im 19 and suffering from serious diffuse hair loss.. My floor will full of my hair everyday.. I am losing hair at all parts of head including above ear and tail at the back.. Im pretty sure this is not male pattern.. The weird thing is i also lost eyebrows and pubic hair.. I go for a check up with a dermatologist and check everything up.. Im free from alopecia, thyroid, lack of iron, & testosterone level is still good... What cause my hair loss really??? Please help.. I want to focus on studies, really

The official name is called DUPA - it's like male pattern baldness, but all over there head. I also have it and it has also affected my other hair, except my eyebrows and eyelashes. The reason it's happening (to my understanding) is because of the immune system, I'm not entirely sure on the details though. Try to see if propecia can help - it did for me, but only for a few years.

Also, you might want to check out some experimental immune system treatments. One I can think of is the water fasting study from UCS. Other than that, I'm not sure what to tell you but to go to a specialist. But yeah, use the correct forum section next time.
