Very very irritated scalp. help please.

basically my scalp in, paticular my crown seems constantly irritated. it used to happen now and again but now its constant, i know its obviously down to my hair loss. but unsure of the actual reason. i use nizoral once to twice a week, is there anything anything else that will help me?

Do you eat a lot of carbs? Soda, bread, etc?

If you do, try cutting that stuff out.. try a low glycemic diet.

Use two things to reduce the inflammation:


1) Piroctone Olamine shampoo
2) Herbal essential oil shampoo
