very oily scalp, need help!

hey guys, I have a very, very oily scalp. I have been shedding like mad recently and its driving me crazy.

I switched over to nizoral 2% 3-4x/week about 2 months ago thinking that it would help with the oiliness but it hasn't. Not only is my scalp as oily as before but I'm shedding more now... not sure if I should cut out the nizoral. But I do not know what to replace it with?

anyone have any ideas?

Stop eating oily foods. Change your pillowcase everyday. Wash hair twice a day. Use a shampoo that's targeted for oily scalp.

How the hell did this come to your mind? Do you know the difference between sebum and oil?
