Same, maybe a little worse than it was a few years ago? Definitely still battling.
Currently on The Big 3 (Just started minoxidil twice a day instead of once) + Microneedling 1mm (Bi Monthly) + Massaging 5 Minutes a day (just restarted this)

A year and two months after dropping oral finasteride, and six months on just minoxidil+ dermarolling 1mm eod, and cetirizine 1% 2/3 ml daily

No hair loss at all, just a mature hairline.
Dude stop putting pressure on the pen ,that’s what happened to me than I realized I was putting too much pressure on pen ,on the next session what I did was just move the pen around gently without taking it off my scalp until I was done with the session and there was minimum bleeding nothing major

Is it worthless to dermaroll if you aren’t using minoxidil. I’m using zix and I’m starting CB soon (topical anti androgens) would needling once a week at 1.5mm do nothing for absorption, regrowth, and better effects? Should I do it daily with a lower mm instead (.25 or .5)?

Im back again
i became lazy and stoped my treatment for 2 months, and i lost all my hair pretty quick
Now i will start new experimental treatmen - only 1ml per day for whole scalp (i have NW7 pattern) Derma Pen for sure, and ketokonazole, and ill show mu results after 6 months with weekly updates
but i lost my job (covid quarantine) and dont have money for minoxidil if someone can help me go pm, for science !
this is how my fair looks now, exactly as it was before my first treatment
