Vehicles for VPA and LiCl

I was thinking about using a water/DMSO vehicle for these two compounds. I was thinking that the percentage of DMSO could probably be around 30%? I don't want to use too much DMSO because it is an extremely powerful vehicle.

I don't have mg scale. I measure it with math notebook squares :d Can you take a picture and show me how much is 10mg? Just put 10 licl on math notebook and take a picture :d 10x

Neogenic is a bit expensive.
