Hi Guys,
I have a piece that has 10% gray in it. At least it did when I received it. I always order synthetic gray so that when I color my piece the gray remains. But my gray is all but gone and now it doesn't match my real hair. This has happened to both my last two pieces even though I used synthetic gray each time.
Anyone have this happen or know why? Synthetic gray is not supposed to take the color. I have used both permanent (cuticle lifting) and temporary (paint-on) colors. Is it possible for synthetic gray to be stained by either process? Even the temporary stuff is supposed to wash out in a few weeks. Anyone have an idea or an experience to share?
