Vaccination induced hair loss?

My hair loss has been stable for a few years now. I'm a norwood two with very slight loss in density. After receiving the first course of my travel vaccination (Hep B) I experienced a massive loss of hair. I can see scalp everywhere and it's a general thinning of the hair everywhere. This happened within one month of me receiving the vaccine. It looks awful.

Could this be telogen effluvium or alopecia?

I forgot to mention I experience a burning sensation on my scalp which coincides with the hair loss. This has never happened before.

LOL +1

But seriously OP, see a doctor. If you know what vaccination you got, try searching on google. Why in the world would you come to hairlosstalk first. Google is a way better source for finding anyone that has had the same reaction as you to that vaccine.
