usual response to finasteride?

I just have a question for you hair geniuses about propecia.. Up until this past winter, i considered myself a diffuse thinner... hair was thinning on back and on top... however, in early march (less than 2 months ago) i started using finasteride and lasercomb to treat my thinning hair.. within two weeks on use, my temples and front started thinning/shedding like crazy (first obviously onset of male pattern baldness which was confirmed by my doctor).. I went from a perfect/thick hairline to like a norwood 2 or 3 in front. my hairline hasnt receded, but it seems a lot of hair in front went to a telegon stage, while the hairs on my temples thinned considerably and seem to be closing in on my frontal... is that a normal reaction to propecia?

nizoral: 1 month
follligen: 1 month

It could be that you are going through a shed. Month 2-3 is normal for some people. See how it goes over the next few months or so...
