Using Nizoral three times a week Question

You think this is alright to do? I am in my second week of propecia and I have been using Nizoral before my hair loss to combat my cerebrum dermatitis which i have had since I was 14. My question is: Should I just say on Propecia and if my hair loss gets worse then I will know exactly what is causing it or should I continue using it anyway so I can give myself another advantage?

Do you guys wash your hair every day because of the treatments? I've heard several times that it's not good to wash it more than twice a week. But, since we put minoxidil on our hair every day, are we supposed to wash it 7 times a week? If yes, it's probably twice with nizoral, and 5 times with a mild shampoo?

i would certainly use a mild shampoo for at least half of the week

I wash my hair twice a day. I go to the gym everyday. I am not a hippie. Still got regrowth from minoxidil.I just put an application after every shower when my scalp is still wet. Nizoral 3 times a week won't hurt for sh*t. Use a good conditioner if your hair feel dry after nizoral. Some people on this forums are using it everyday.

I think my temples have got worse since using it 3 times awek about 3 months ago. think I'll cut it back or quit it.
