using nizoral 3 times per week?

i'm 22 started losing hair before 9 months.

i've started treatment before 4 months (lipogaine, nizoral) i've good results in the treated area, but the thinning area is expanding, and i want to do somthing about that. i was using nizoral 2 times per week, maybe increase nizoral to 3 times per week or try another shampoo, is that okay ?

also, i wanna ask, sometimes i can't find uk nizoral, so i have to buy turkish or beljium nizoral, is it same effective ?

Nizoral is widely available in the UK - try larger pharmacies/supermarkets. Boots even do their own brand of Keto 2% shampoo which is cheaper. Or order online

im thinking about it, but it really SCARES me :SSS. also i cant get propecia, here there's only "penpecia" (egyptan propceia) and has no reviews on the internet
