Using Minoxidil For Thinning Hairline ?

Is it worth trying? I’ve heard that it often makes your hair worse which obviously isn’t what anyone wants.

I’ve been on finasteride for 5 months but I’ve heard this won’t help my 2.5 norwood thinning hairline

I’m tempted to try it but I think maybe I should give finasteride a year first. I would really like to thicken up my hairline but I’ve heard horror stories and wonder if it’s worth it

i use minoxidil once a day and using it once a day has worked for me and I have had no bad side effects except the flaking and dandruff. finasteride is much worse though with the horror stories and side effects. but i rather keep my hair so will keep taking this pill.

I tried minoxidil on its own for a year, worked for a while but after I was loosing more hair than I was growing so I started finasteride and dropped minoxidil, my shedding has literally come to a halt , I might start minoxidil again now just for extra growth around my hairline.

I use the liquid and I keep it on my hair at least for 4 hours
