Listen. Don't waste your time on a SERM, if you wanna give ur gyno a real war pull out the big guns and go with letro. At least once you run the protocol you'll have a definite answer on if your gyno is treatable without surgery or not.

Come on. He's already losing hair just being on Propecia - if he adds Letro it's going to destroy his hair in a very short time.

Raloxifene gives him a fair chance at reducing the size of the nipple (it should work very well for puffy nipples without gland tissue), it acts ANTI-estrogenically on the receptors, just like DHT, but it will not f*** his hair, especially if he uses it topically...

If his gyno goes away just by stopping Finasteride then Raloxifene will kick it's *** for sure. Letro will just devastate his hair, it's overkill for this.

the thing is , it will only be a temporary fix, because after a certain period of time on propecia , it start again .

Ahh ok, @michel sapin if you're fighting puffy nipples I doubt these AI and SERMS will do anything more than offer you s temporary solution.

If you're fighting real gyno tissue it's one thing, but puffy nipples and no gland, you'd likely have to get off the drug to get rid of that.

that is a real dilemma ; i am not at all a good responder , but that mean i would be even worse if i stop propecia .
But i am getting the worst side effect (i dont mind having ED or no morning wood)

there is a small gland acording to the mammography .
i would certainly destroy it with raloxifene , but if it destroy my hairline , i don't know if it worth it .

the only positive point is that i only have to stop for 1 month to have all my hormonal values come back to normal .
I am sure that in less than 2 month i would be cure , no puffy nipples .

But i am nevert shirtless , and my hair are so important for me . this is madness, i didn't even know gyno existed before taking propecia

@whatevr ; just to know , if you use aromatase inhibitor, this is sure to lose hair ? because oestrogen protect hair

Letrozole MURDERED my temples and I didn't use it longer than 2 weeks!

It took me 2 months for the hair to regrow back to how it was before.

Yes, it will probably mess your hair up really badly the longer you use it. Estrogen is protective in male pattern baldness.

You could use topical raloxifene in low doses as a protective measure while using propecia, it would be safer than using it orally. Maybe that way you can continue using Propecia without having puffy nipples. It's worth a try, man.

I don't know about andractim, some say it works, other say it doesn't. I just know that Raloxifene is the best SERM for gyno reversal, and I am pretty sure it can work topically as well, but it needs to be dissolved in DMSO (it does not dissolve in ethanol, nor would it penetrate due to the large molecular weight).

Raloxifene also has less chance of messing up your hair than DHT or letrozole.

Raloxifene is a good choose. Because it blocks the estrogen receptor and dont mess with the testosterone conversion.

But in my opinion you should know what is raising too much your estrogens. Finasteride is not the only culprit in my opinion. Its only 15% .

hi michel do you suffer any pain from gyno, iv been on Propecia a month and currently have a tenderness and soreness under my armpit i went the DR and there is no lumps or anything like that, and the DR felt that everything felt fine for now, i also have no actual signs of gyno as of yet, and this pain could be from a minor muscle strain but just wondering how yours began, tbh the soreness is bearable just worrying! Only had the pain a few days so hoping it passes in the following weeks!

You could also try getting some Raloxifene, and if you're not keen on the idea of taking it orally, try dissolving it in some DMSO to make a topical solution that you can apply to your nipples.

If you use this concurrently with Propecia, it should help keep the gyno at bay by preventing the increased estrogen from acting on the nipple tissue, but without affecting your hair negatively.

you ever try that yourself?

I did but I had trouble dissolving it - either what I had was not DMSO (hard to know if you can trust eBay sellers) or there was just too much junk in the tablet that I could not filter out properly. Hard to say if it did or did not work, I only used it for a few days that way.

Waste of time

Didn't bother reading thread.

If you have gyno, then the drugs will do nothing once it's fully developed. They will shrink it, but once you come off it reboinds.

Surgery is the only way to get the gland perm removes
