Using Letrozole To Reverse Mild Gyno; Need Advice

hi guys , i would like to stop propecia for 2 week and run a letrozole cycle to reverse my puffy nipples ( they come back while i am on propecia ) .

However i don't know the exact protocol ; @whatevr or gi joey ; could you five me some advice ?
Do you think i will lose a lote of hair while on letrozole ?

And my main concern is to know if the gyno will come back when will be back on propecia ? thanks

Gyno from finasteride is very rare. Are you sure they are not just fat tissue? How much do you weigh?

Hey man, key to killing gyno is early intervention, I managed to kill wtv growth grew from propecia back in 2014-2015 when I got on propecia as a fatty (between 250-260 pounds) but keep in mind it worked very well for me and that's because I was on letro within a month of getting the gyno.

Try this protocol:

.25mg day 1
.5 mg day 2
.75mg day 3
1mg day 4
1.5mg day 5
2mg day 6
Then get in 2.5 mg till you feel gyno has shrunk. If you're taking thisndose for more than a couple weeks and can't get rid of gyno then you're only choice is surgery.

Please note that letro makes finasteride sides seem like a joke.

This isn't the exact protocol to follow, if you want a more thorough protocol then get on bodybuilding forums and search the letro protocol they use. Good luck man!

Fyi I now hover around 215-220 pounds and aside from some puffyness on my nipples I've had 0 gyno growth within almost 10 months of being back on propecia

i wan't to run this to destroy my puffy nipples .
But , will it come back when i will start propecia again , because i am really sensitive .

and yes i definitely have puffy nipples .
before propecia i weigted 80 kg for 184 cm , with no gyno issue at all ( didn't even know that thing existed)
and now i am at 65 kg , a fking skeleton with puffy nipples .

You could also try getting some Raloxifene, and if you're not keen on the idea of taking it orally, try dissolving it in some DMSO to make a topical solution that you can apply to your nipples.

If you use this concurrently with Propecia, it should help keep the gyno at bay by preventing the increased estrogen from acting on the nipple tissue, but without affecting your hair negatively.

I say try letrozole while on propecia. Letrozole will increase testosterone and the dht-conversion while also having anti-estrogenetic effect. Maybe you could try DIM and high dose zinc as maintenance while on propecia, no idea if this would help but worth a try. You could try arimidex 0,25-0,5 mg/week as maintenance devided on three days this should def help.

I remember when I thought of a topical tamoxifen but read later that it was a pro-drug metabolized in liver, thought it was the only SERM in the market. This sounds like a great idea.

Dont take that sh*t , you will increase dht because it raises testo.

Gyno with propecia is very rare .. maybe you have another problem and if not ill go for a surgery . If you care about your hair dont take anti estrogens !

here is my blood test result : while i was taking 5 mg fina : my oestradiol were : 35 pg/ml : the normal range for male is < 47 .


2 year ago , when i took a blood test after 6 month of propecia , they were at 64 pg/ml!!! = beginning of puffy nipples

And when i am off propecia they are 18 pg/ml = lower range for male .
each time i quit propecia for 2 week or 1 month they come back to this value .

the issue with me is that i have low test to begin with, and propecia increase my test too much , which get converted to oestradiol

here is my test value : off propecia = 3.57 nmol/ml
and while on propecia = 5.25nmol/ml

So i don't know what to do : hair or gyno .

you can see that the 15 % increase of test and oestradiol claimed by merck is bullshit in my case .
and this is fully converted to eostradiol

If i were you i would see an endocrinologist. Because with peopecia you have only 15% increase in estrogen. Something else is raising your estrogens too

Did you see my suggestion? That would honestly be your best course of action if you ask me - try Raloxifene topically. It can work, and won't mess with your estrogen or hair systemically.

It's a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator) like tamoxifene.

Listen. Don't waste your time on a SERM, if you wanna give ur gyno a real war pull out the big guns and go with letro. At least once you run the protocol you'll have a definite answer on if your gyno is treatable without surgery or not.
