has anyone here tried using both the foam and the liquid. Like foam during the liquid at night or something with success? Could it be counter productive? anyone?

the four hours before the hair is truly "dry". The hairs growing out of my neck if I don't dry it before going to bed. the wearing a beanie cap to bed if I didn't have enough time to apply. The freaking out on the way to work in the morning if I had to apply it before work because my hair will be totally greasy. The less effectiveness to foam. The lack of a social life/not letting girls touch my hair because I'm afraid of them feeling the grease. The matted, disgusting hair texture.

All of it. Liquid SUCKS.

I'm trying it....luckily I only have to apply it to one temple ...lol....not the whole head.

What did the foam make your hair look like? Did you apply all over scalp?

I'm a diffuse thinner. If you're not emptying an entire can onto your head, just using the dose, then it has virtually zero effect on the appearance of your hair. It dries fast and just... dissapears. Far better than Rogaine liquid or generic liquid.

Dr. Lee's may be a different story but I've never used it. Problem is, I can't get Dr. Lee's in the grocery store and foam has measured results.

This sucks...one diffuse thinner says he prefers foam and the other prefers liquid....which one to pick?! That's why I use both :)

exactly. Dr. Lee provides you with a sprayer and dropper. In tyhe mornings when i dont have much time i usually just spray it on, takes like under a minute. At nights though when ive got the time i use the dropper to measure out the 1ml. It really is perfect stuff you can drop it on in there if youve got longer hair and theres no doubt it will hit the scalp, or if youve got short hair you can spray it on. Dries very quickly and some (including Farrel here) believe it to be a more effective delivery vehicle than the standard liquid because there is more alcohol in it.

Its really the best of both worlds if your afraid of foam not getting to your scalp and not wanting to deal with the rogaine liquid mess.

The foam is not messy to me b/c I apply it directly to my scalp even though it's not recommended. It's basically like a sprayer.

P.S. Dogs and philly, both of your regimen's are not showing up because you need to get rid of the apostrophes (the raised comma ') in your regimen.

I think the "problem" a lot of people have with foam is that they assume it's a "styling Mousse"

Look guys! It's Rogaine Mousse! it's a styling aid!

Um. No. It's rogaine VERSAFOAM and it's designed to react with the SKIN OF YOUR SCALP.
