Hello all,

I am new to this community. i really felt happy when i saw this community as i came to that some one is there to help me....

BTW i am kark(male 23), I started loosing my hair from past two years and i really have no idea how to cure it.I know that my hair loss is genetic as my dad has a full bald head. so i request u all to help me in this case. can someone lead me what are the best hair treatment solutions available in market and which is best one?

Propecia can cause gyno. Rogain can cause flakey scalp and inflammation. Nizoral works great, I will admit that it is crucial for regrowth, the only problem is that it can dry out your scalp, to counter this apply coconut or olive oil topically before you use Nizoral.

Yeah, man, but the majority don't get sides. Alternative treatments should be looked at only after trying the big 3 and seeing what results/sides you get, imo.

Lifestyle didn't reverse my genetic predisposition, but , along with the estrogen metabolisors, and anti-inflammatories, did reverse my genetic predisposition.

My Big 3:
1). Diet/Lifestyle changes
2). Estrogen metabolisors (Flax Seeds, D.I.M., Beta Sitosterol, Fiber).
3). Anti-Inflammatories. (Beta Sitosterol, Omega 3's, Nizoral, Coconut Oil).

Please don't disregard what I say, take it into perspective and respect my opinions.

Yes. All Natural is working for me. The reason why I think it is working so well is beacuse I caught it early, and am extremely strict when it comes to my regimen. There are some days when I crave some sugary junk food or fatty brisket with milk, but I know I must fight these craving for the love of my locks.
