Hi everyone, I've been dawdling about with my hair for nearly a year ever since a friend told that you should act upon your loss as soon as you notice it. Well after checking a year ago I noticed some recession.

So until about 2 months ago I thought there was nothing which could be dine about, as I was just too scared to think about it and even google it (stupid I know). Now I know there are treatments, nizoral, regained and of course propecia.

I am petrified of the sides of propecia but after research it does seem the best option, but should I do it? I've seen a GP, and the answer to my question was "you've lost some hair? So what?", I don't think he understood just how much it is affecting me right now. Yes I know my hair loss may not be that bad just yet, but I've just turned 20 :(, and family history is as bad as it can get on one side :(

Do you's think I should jump on propecia and also what do you think my norwood level is? Or am I totally overreacting and should chill out a bit?

I have always had long hair so I can't check old photos for differences :(

Thank you guys so much for looking by the way :)

Your hair already looks good and rogaine won't regrow much (if any). Plus rogaine ages your face terrible.

At this point I think you may be fine with finasteride alone. No need to add more things to your regimen if they are not needed.

Thanks for the fast reply guys :), think I'm going to get the boots subscription and cut them up and take EOD to start with, which should make my 90 day supply last longer as well
