Unsure About Side Effects From Finasteride.

I started taking 1mg finasteride tablets 2 weeks ago. I am generally paranoid about sides, and was wondering if sides can be detected in 2 weeks.
I did not get morning erections and my erections aren't as hard. This could just be paranoia not entirely sure.
Should i discontinue the tablets?

yes stop even if it's parnoia it will only get worse if u get real sides
