Hello,
I'm 41 completely bald on top. I have a question as to what's happening. My triangle points/temple area I still have 95% or more of my bio hair. My hair around the horseshoe pattern is all very very fine/diffuse looking. It's been this way almost as long as I can remember since my early 20's. But, in the past 2-3 years the hair in my upper side on the left side is a bit thinner and it looks like I'm balding down lower on one side while the right side is perfectly normal.
The hair thinning dips down in the back as well more pronounced on the left-side of the back of my head. It's very uneven horseshoe type pattern.
I looked at 100's of pictures online and have never seen someone with an uneven horseshoe pattern.
