I think we should understand : " 15$ for one month of 1ml daily with 7% Fluridil". 7% = 7gr for 100mL so if you use a 7% formulation for 30 days with 1mL a day, the price will be 2,3gr x 7 = 16,1$ (we can roughly round at 15) as the price is 7$ per gr.
