UK people - non arrival of order from the US?

Anyone ever had this problem? It looks like I've been burnt to the tune of 60 USD because my copper peptide from SkinBiology never got to me. United States Postal service says it cleared customs and was delivered on 22 September, but it really wasn't or else I wouldn't be asking this.

that happened to me when i ordered a big supply of minoxidil from minoxidil-direct.co.uk (US supplier) I basically emailed them after a couple of weeks saying it hadnt arrived & bam within it finally turned up.
