UK- Good Thickening Spray

Hi all, well I'm covered for Shampoo and the like but can anyone recommend a good thickening spray that I can apply after showering to thicken my hair up a bit before going out? I've used American crew stuff in the past but unsure whether thats the best on the market.

I'm trying to go back to 'au natural' rather than applying nanofibres for thickness you see...
