Just posting this fyi. My body had been burnt over from over exhaustion, stress, lack of sleep, fatigue and poor diet. I'm sure there were other things too. Anyway, I came across this supplement at the health food store called L-Tyrosine. The tagline was "thyroid hormone precursor".

Well, I can tell you that it really helped me get good sleep.

I also felt more "normal" than ever and relieved from the above-noted symptoms. My hair felt stronger in its roots.

Anyway, dont know what to make of this. If nothing else, I am feeling a bit better and I hope it continues.

ps incidental benefit was delayed ejaculation during intercourse.

im no scientist but this was strictly subjective observation.

note: due to poor diet, i may have just been grossly deficient in something or other.
