Hi,
I am new to this site. Can anyone explain common terminology used here
like Telogen Effluvium, Regimen, nizoral etc., and what exactly temple and vertex means? My hair line is OK, but I see a lot of hair lost in the corners of the front part of my head what wud be the best treatment for that? Does copper peptides help me? If anyone used copper peptides in their treatment please share ur results. Does copper peptides have side effects?
Thanks,

Telogen Effluvium is telogen effluvium. Its when alot of hair falls out due to illness, vitamin deficiency, etc ( male pattern baldness can induce Telogen Effluvium)

Regimen is your treatment plan

nizoral is Nizoral and anti dandruff shampoo that keeps inflamation down on the scalp plus its a mild antiandroge.

Temples - Area above temples, Sounds like that is where you are loosing it

Vertex _ highest point on the scalp

Copper peptides do not have any real side effects, but I think folligen leaves a green color behind. They are good to add to your regimen but will probably not help by themselves. Get on finasteride and min
