Type/ Degree Of Hair Loss. Help Appreciated.

Greetings, Ive been suffering from heavy shedding over the last year. I was not aware that it was abnormal until I saw some diffuse miniaturized areas of my scalp and overall thinning on all areas, the vertex/ crown areas along with reduced hair size on both sides and the back about 3 months ago. I've been to multiple dernatologists but no one was able to pin-point the cause or even diagnose the condition.The shedding took place after i was on a low calorie diet for almost 1year and a half, where i ate only salads and sugar diet consisting of coffee binge-drinking and other sweet drinks. I did not know that i was suffering from anorexia, but now i do. I used to be above 75kgs but now i weigh 61kgs in almost two years. I was recommended to start minoxidil and so i did. The only downside is that i use it only on the vertex/crown areas only, whereas the other areas are still shedding heavily. The shedding is of thin hair with a white/ yellowish bulb at the end. The hair line is still intact. One doctor prescribed finasteride for me and recommended 3 months of use before checking me again. He did not however inform me about the side effects at all. Which i thought was weird since another dermatologist recommended only minoxidil and refused to prescribe finasteride. I am currently eating my way up to 70kgs to exclude dietary causes, using minoxidil twice daily, revivogen scalp bottles once at night.
