two bald streaks on side of head

i honestly think these two lines are caused by me. I just found out whenever i think hard, i scratch my left index and middle finger on the side of my head. i reancted the scenerio in front of the mirror with my eyes closed. when i open my eyes, the bald patch follows the exact path my fingers go through as i scratch my head while i think.
is this alopecia areta (sp.?) or is this smthg else since it seems like i induced it?

and most of all, will it grow back?

definitely dude. Doesnt sound like male pattern baldness. I am losing my hair in a really weird place too if it gives you any comfort

One side of my head is thin ( :laugh: wtf? )
The other side is fine and so is the majority of my head (as far as I can tell). This one side just looks really strange.

I'm setting up an appointment tomorrow.
