Long time lurker, first time poster.
I'm a NW3 diffuse thinner and I'm staring to see my hair regressing. I was on the big 3 for 2.5 years, before I stopped using minoxidil. I found it difficult to use and wasn't really seeing the results; I've also heard its not the best for diffuse thinners. In total, I've been on finasteride + nizoral for almost 3 years now.
Around the 2 year mark I thought my hair had improved significantly, but now I'm on the decline. Many people told me to take pictures of my hair semi-regularly and I've done so. There is definitely a noticeable, negative difference between this year and last.
I also have eczema, which I've heard f***s you as well, just as a FYI.
Currently I take 1mg Finpecia daily and also use RegenPure daily as well. What would you guys suggest I do? Get back on min? Add dutasteride to my regimen? Any other solutions?
