I've been on proscar for only a month now, but ive noticed these tiny hairs growing on my right temple that are really white on the top 1/3 or the hair, and then bellow that they are dark and slightly thicker. Are these possibly vellus hairs that have gone terminal? Or do vellus hairs usually drop out first and then the terminal ones grow in?

That's what I would call excellent news. Keep up the regimen. Those are highly likely to turn terminal.
You know it drives me crazy because I question whether or not I'm just noticing something that was already there. I've been on Fincar for about 2 months now and I do notice tiny hair, but I'm not quite sure if it's coming or going.
I did take pictures but off of a web-cam which is crappy at best and won't capture the detail needed. I figure if you take good notes you might have a better understanding as to what is going on.
